Kapama Buffalo Camp is located in the greater Kruger Park area within the Kapama Private Game Reserve. This luxury tented camp is set among tall shady trees with a seasonal river below, and combines old world charm with contemporary design. The lodge's tented suites are set on stilted wooden decks, built on an elevated riverbank. Each tents has wooden floors, leather and dark wood finishes and each is equipped with a mini-bar, a Nespresso coffee machine and a lock-up safe. Meals are à la carte, and breakfast and lunch are served under a canopy of thatch, while dinner is usually enjoyed in the traditional outdoor boma around an open fire. Kapama Buffalo Camp arranges game drives in open safari vehicles, accompanied by experienced rangers. For relaxation, guests can unwind in the pool. Guests at Kapama also have access to the spa center and fitness facilities at a nearby lodge. Two safaris per day are included in the daily rate. The property offers a courtesy airport shuttle service for scheduled flights into Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport.
