We offer affordable rates in a convenient location, close to Fichardtpark High School, the N1, and Rosepark Hospital, with shopping centres just around the corner. Everything you may need is within a 2 km radius. Each unit is designed for a relaxed and practical stay: UNIT 1 - features a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living area, making it suitable for additional guests. It also includes an air conditioner and a Smart screen. UNIT 2 - offers a queen-size bed and a comfortable sofa in the living area (NO sleeper couch). This unit is equipped with a fan, heater and a Smart TV. Both units each include one bathroom (shower, toilet, and basin -), with access from the bedroom. We provide coffee, tea, and basic amenities to make your stay comfortable. Kubbe Comfort Corner is SEMI-SELF CATERING with a microwave, kettle, frying pan and fridge (NO STOVE) unit designed for comfort and convenience. Please note that the unit is not serviced daily during your stay. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged on request at an extra cost. We are new to Airbnb and currently busy with ongoing improvements to the property. The garden, gate, and parking area are still being developed. However, the units themselves are clean, comfortable, and secure, and we are committed to continuously enhancing the space for our guests.
