Set in the Indonesian-inspired Kuta Beach complex, with panoramic sea views of the Hibiscus Coast and secluded communal amenities. The unit has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which 1 has a shower and the other a bath. The first and second bedrooms are each equipped with double beds. The third bedroom is equipped with twin beds. The unit offers sea views from the living area and the main bedroom which opens out onto a spacious balcony. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm, with an open-plan lounge area. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes an oven, stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area is equipped with comfortable couches, ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV. The TV has a TV Stick from streaming platforms such as Netflix (own login details need to be used.)  The Wi-Fi in the unit is purely for the TV, and not available for guest use other than to stream packages. Leading out from the lounge area is a balcony with an outdoor dining set and Gas braai. Kuta Beach complex has electrified fencing and an automated gate. There is only 1 parking garage allocated to this unit. The complex offers a sunny communal swimming pool. The beaches of Ramsgate and Margate are less than 2 km away, offering you the convenience of choice within a short distance. Along with long stretches of sandy beach a mere stroll away, this self-catering unit is ideal for groups and families, looking for a refreshing holiday with a number of comfortable homely touches.
