La Casa Compartida (shared house in Spanish) is best suited to guests who want a relaxed, self-catered coastal stay with friends or family - in absolute comfort. This 350m² 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa offers seamless indoor/outdoor living in addition to an upstairs TV lounge. The large patio has undercover dining for ten people, sun loungers, a large gas barbecue and a Weber barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a gourmet cook might need. Outdoors is a beautiful warm pool, complete with sun loungers and comfortable sofa seating. The pool area is accessible through folding doors that open up the indoor lounge completely to allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The large entertainment area is set in a beautiful tropical garden with plentiful bird life and small buck close by. The open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge allows for sociable and relaxed entertaining.
