Born in Zimbabwe( once Rhodesia) from Dutch decent, have lived in Africa most of my life. I have 4 children and have travelled and lived in Europe for 10 years. I returned to Zimbabwe in the early 90s and settled in Harare, then married a farmer and moved onto a farm in Raffingora. Then due to invasions we lost the farm and in 2002. I moved back to Harare with my family and later we went to farm Zambia. In 2012, I became widowed so I sold everything in Zambia and moved to South Africa and made this my new home with my children, I eventually decided to follow my passion of running my own Guest House. I decided on Grahamstown due to the fact my children were at shcool here . I found a gem of a house and redesigned this my way to suit the industry . My guest house is my pride and passion. I enjoy working with people of all kinds and welcome guests from all over the world. I am proud of what I have built up, we are celebrating 9 years this year of being 4 star graded establishment with TGSA. We are in the lovely suburb of West Hill , where you can peace and tranqulity and we ( my staff and I ) continue to serve the public and I thank God for this opportunity
