The Meerrus self-catering home is located on the campgrounds of Genesaret and is right on the edge of Chrissiesmeer. If fishing is your thing this is the perfect place for you. If not, you will enjoy the views of the lake and the surrounding indigenous bush and wildlife. Be on the lookout for the abundant birdlife and the resident dassies (hyraxs), duiker (antilope) and mongoose right next your stoep. Be sure to not mis out out on the breath-taking sunsets and moonrises.
