LOCATION! This newly renovated, solar powered, modern holiday home is a stones throw away from the world famous Boneyards and Supertubes beach, making this home the perfect location for avid surfers and beach goers. It's walking distance to restaurants, shopping centres, a bottle store and a pharmacy. This upmarket home has sleeping capacity for 8 adults, comprising of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Upstairs you will find a Murphy bed that comfortably sleep two adults. The lounge area boasts comfortable seating with a Large 70 inch flat screen TV. The third bathroom is upstairs and is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, all cutlery and crockery. The kitchen boasts all Bosch appliance. The under cover braai area is upstairs and offers a partial sea view. The home also has a washer and a drier.
