Old Willow No.7 Houseboat Charters offers guests the chance to captain their own river cruise adventure aboard houseboats docked on the Vaal River. Located at the Korhaan River Estate in Sasolburg, Old Willow No.7 Houseboat Charters provides the sights, sounds, and excitement of self-catering river cruising. Accommodation comprises 9 marine architect-designed boats manufactured to the highest safety standards out of a factory located in Knysna. Guests need only to bring their clothes, food, and towels. Each boat comprises a fore-cabin with a double bed, a single sleeper couch, and storage space, an inside dining area that converts into a double bed, a well-appointed galley with a gas stove, oven, bar fridge, and sink, and a small bathroom with a hot shower, chemical toilet, and basin. During nighttime the boat can sleep four adults and one child, during daytime cruising 6 passengers are allowed. Outside, there is a sitting area under a retractable awning and a small charcoal braai facility. Deck chairs are provided on the upper deck. Parking: there is secure onsite parking inside the Korhaan River Estate, manned 24/7 by security. Fuel is excluded, depending on the fuel price, we charge +/- R28 a liter you’ve used for fuel mixed with 2-Stroke oil. A tank of 25 liters (+-R700).
