We purchased the property in 2022 and have spent the past 24months renovating the whole property inside and out. Property boasts a full tennis court, large pool and pool area with various seating/dining options. all bedrooms have been fully renovated to a high standard and the bathrooms/shower rooms have been fully fitted and tiled with European fittings.

Lance and Steve have been together for 18 years, Lance is British and Steve is Zimbabwean. Recently relocated from Cape town where we ran a successful B&B. Lance works within the aviation industry and Steve runs a small hair salon located on the property. We have 4 small dogs and love entertaining and cooking.

Eastleigh Ridge is a lovely quiet safe area of Edenvale. Ideally located for both the airport and Sandton. There is a an excellent restaurant at the bottom of the road called Fahrenheit which is famous in the area
