Park Living has been a guesthouse for 21 years. Previously known as El Gracia Guesthouse, guests have been enjoying our facilities since 2004.

Property info

Peaceful, Clean, Spacious, Friendly. These are words that describe our facility best. At Park Living we strive to assist in this manner to give all guests a peaceful and pleasant stay. Take note that gatherings, loudness, music and alcohol policies are strict as described on our website.

Neighborhood info

We are situated in a peaceful, upmarket suburb. Therefor we do not allow parties, music and loudness at our facility. We strive towards making stays comfortable for all guests as well as surrounding businesses and neighbours. Being close to not only the N1 but also the University of the Free-State, shopping complexes, fuel stations, nurseries, BMW and Toyota retailers is a major asset.
