Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar & stools includes washing machine & dishwasher. Ample seating in the lounge with TV & uncapped Wi-Fi. Enclosed patio with 10 seater table includes a gas braai & outdoor built-in braai. Swimming/canoeing/boating/fishing in the canals. Playground next to the complex. Waterpark & Outdoor gym in the Estate. There is a designated no-wake zone for boats in front of the complex. A secure environment where children can play and ride their bikes. Tranquil Security Estate with lovely parks where wildlife like Bush Bucks, an abundance of Birds, Bunnies, and Tortoises can be seen.
