RnB boutique guest house is located at 35 Chroom avenue, Roodekrans mountain ridge which is a critically endangered ecosystem and home to the internationally acclaimed Black Eagles of Roodekrans. This one-of-a-kind boutique guest house is the epitome of design with modern contemporary flair and stylish trendy finishes throughout. Master built to exacting standards of perfection with bold, clean lines and flowing spaces. Behind the double, solid large automated gates, you are welcomed into the property with plenty of secure off-street parking for guests. The impressive staircase leads into the spacious open plan reception area, from where the formal lounge and spacious dining area is in close proximity to the open plan gourmet kitchen with Centre island and heating. Stacking doors open up to the sparkling outdoor pool and undercover braai area. A large generator and borehole can provide back-up when required. A totally private wing of boutique guest house on the ground floor, contains a majestic master suite with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, plus two other spacious bedrooms, each with own private bathroom.
