Saints View Resort unit 14, a penthouse unit on the first floor, has an R800 (+ZAR 800 taxes and charges) and an R1000 refundable breakage deposit that is not included in the rate per night, and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and the second and third bedrooms contain twin single beds each. There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge area for children under 12 years of age only. The en-suite bathroom contains a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The second bathroom contains a shower, toilet, and basin. There will be 6 towels provided on arrival, extra towels at R25 per towel can be rented. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The lounge area features pre-paid air-conditioning and a TV with an OpenView HD decoder. The lounge and main bedroom lead out to the large balcony with built-in braai facilities. The upmarket resort features a mini Golf course, a chess board and a games room, if the rooftop is booked out for a venue this area will not be available a jungle gym, and a beautiful sparkling pool. Secure basement parking is available on-site. There is a restaurant on the premises
