Saints View 17, on the second floor, has an R600 admin fee and an R1000 refundable breakage deposit extra that is not included in the rate per night and can accommodate up to 6 guests and 2 extra children under the age of 12 that can sleep on the sleeper couch, and is not suitable for older than 12 years, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and the second and third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The lounge area features prepaid air-conditioning and a TV with an Open-view decoder. The lounge and main bedroom lead out to the large balcony with built-in braai facilities The upmarket resort features a jungle gym and a beautiful sparkling pool. Roof area with a mini Put Put, chess board, and a games room with a pool table and tennis table. Secure basement parking is available. There is an Open View Decoder in the unit. Air-con tokens, only in the lounge, are available at R50 a token. Towels are available at R25 per set ( 1 x bath and 1 x face ) per person. This must be arranged before arrival and not available after 16.00 pm Mon-Fri or weekends
