The apartment is situated beneath the main house in the suburb of Wavecrest, Jeffrey's Bay - within easy walking distance of a beach. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 large single beds. There is one bathroom with a bath and a shower. The apartment also comprises an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, and is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and DSTV and guests have access to a private braai area, an outdoor table and benches, and safe parking.
