This is a modern spacious three bedroom Self-Catering Apartment with a beautiful Sea View of Amanzimtoti Beach. Located on the 7th floor, it has a big lounge, seaview enclosed balcony with bar counter and stools, one shower room, one toilet room, open plan kitchen with all appliances and cutlery/pots/pans etc. It is located on Beach rd next to the sea within a two minute walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bank, pubs, children's entertainment area, bowling alley,pharmacy etc. Communal BBQ/braai area on the premises. Lifts and stairs in the building. One free private parking space provided per apartment, under roof, additional parking are available on request. 5 Minute drive to Galleria Shopping mall where you will find more restaurants, ice rink, go carts, shops, supermarkets, cinema and much more. The apartment is 20 minutes drive to Ushaka marine world aquarium/water entertainment park for families. 20 mins drive to one of the top 10 scuba dive sites in the world, Aliwal Shoal Umkomaas Scuba Dive Launch site. 40 mins drive to King Shaka airport. 25 mins drive to Sun Coast Casino, Durban.

Beach Rd Amanzimtoti is busy most of the year with holidaymakers from all over South-Africa. People escape the colder inland weather to come and enjoy the warmer seaside weather during the winter months. Various shops,restaurants,pubs and shopping malls can be found on Beach rd and in the immediate local area. Beautiful golden sandy beaches for swimming and fishing. The main beach also have a swimming pool on the rocks which is free to use and there are allocated swim areas with lifeguards supervising. Fisherman can be seen fishing on the beaches and rocks early mornings. Best sunrises for great pictures are between March and July. Busiest periods would be during the school holiday periods.
