Beach Rd Amanzimtoti is busy most of the year with holidaymakers from all over South-Africa. People escape the colder inland weather to come and enjoy the warmer seaside weather during the winter months. Various shops,restaurants,pubs and shopping malls can be found on Beach rd and in the immediate local area. Beautiful golden sandy beaches for swimming and fishing. The main beach also have a swimming pool on the rocks which is free to use and there are allocated swim areas with lifeguards supervising. Fisherman can be seen fishing on the beaches and rocks early mornings. Best sunrises for great pictures are between March and July. Busiest periods would be during the school holiday periods.
