The main house has 5 bedrooms and 2 extra spaces, sleeping up to 10 adults and 2 children. Need more room? Add the adjacent private flat for up to 5 extra guests at an additional cost. The house can also accommodate 2 children in two charming extra spaces: a cosy loft with a daybed/single bed and a children’s playroom with another daybed/single bed. These flexible sleeping areas make the home perfect for families.This is the standard booking configuration for the property. Located directly on Shelly Beach and only a short walk from the Blue Flag beach at St Michael’s on Sea, you can enjoy safe swimming, professional lifesavers, tidal pools for children, and nearby restaurants without needing to drive. Damage Protection: This property is protected by LekkerGuest, our guest verification and damage protection partner. After the booking is confirmed, guests will receive a link to complete a quick verification and must choose either of the following options: Option 1 - Security Deposit: A fully refundable R12,500 hold (a service fee equivalent to R47 is charged additionally). Option 2 - Damage Waiver: A non-refundable R1,200 fee providing R15,000 in accidental damage cover.
