A beautiful face brick, warm, quaint cottage, built in 2020, 3 minutes from Hillcrest town centre, Shongweni horse club, and the private Hospital, this double storey unit of 120Sqm, Situated in a quite, lush, secure area with electric gate access, room for 2 cars to park, 3 if needed, with all the amenities of home. You can whip up a gourmet meal or order a take away, or braii on the deck with the included gas braii. Then you can explore the area in this safe, leafy suburb, or cruise into town for a restaurant experience only Hillcrest can deliver. A cosy living room with wood burner, smart TV, book collection and puzzles has access to the kitchen which is fully equipped. Coffee maker, fridge/freezer with frozen meals for sale, dish washer, washer/dryer, air fryer, toaster, microwave, gas and electric kettle, emergency lighting. ECT ECT.... carry on up stairs to the open space which has 2 single beds, (can be joined to make another king size bed) with extra blankets and fans, that leads to the luxury main bedroom which has a glorious king size bed. The fully tiled bathroom has a shower with a view, basin and toilet.

Neighborhood info

Lush quiet suburban area. We live in a conservation area with a wide variety of visiting birds including owls and raptors. If you don't have your own transport, Uber cabs are always available.
