Fully equipped cottage in the lovely of Palm Beach, named after the Ilala Palm (hyphaene critina). The Cottage is located in the safe Greenhart village with a manned access gate for added safety.
The quaint character of the Village lies in the variety of houses all different and individual, some tiny and others overbuilt. Visitors and residents can choose to mix with others or stay private. Yet Greenhart is a permanent home to about a quarter of the shareholders who are blessed every morning with a “cottage” by the sea”, surrounded with birds and the sound of waves crashing on the rocks. The aspect of safety has resulted in families with school going children as well as elderly couples or single home owners finding Greenhart Village a safe haven. Except for the monkeys! They bring much irritation when climbing into garbage bags left by visitors but many smiles with their antics. As long as they do not find a permanent source of food, they are harmless.
