Shorebreak is a double storey 4 bedroom private house in a small, quiet complex (11 units) set in large treed gardens in Southbroom, KZN. The complex, Esmeralda is a family complex and therefore the facilities offered cater for families. Parties and loud gatherings are not suitable for this environment. Southbroom is a small, safe and clean village on the KZN south coast, approximately 1,5 hours south of Durban. The complex is fully fenced and secure. The house is close to the sea with spectacular sea views and is surrounded by the Southbroom Golf Course. The house has recently been fully renovated and is fresh and clean. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest loo, two lounges, dining room and kitchen. There are ground floor and 1st floor sea facing patios. The house has back up water and power solutions.

We are a retired couple who live in Southbroom. Our interests are golf, cycling, hiking and walking.

Southbroom is a small, clean and safe village 1,5 hours south of Durban on the KZN Southcoast. Southbroom has beautiful, clean, unspoilt beaches with tidal pools, a pristine golf course, small shopping centre with Spar, restaurants, Spa, hairdressers, hardware store, library etc. The village is well managed and is clean and secure. Local activities include horse riding, hiking, zip lining, mountain biking, etc.
