Property info

Southey House is an elegant, Colonial-style home overlooking the city of Durban. It offers tastefully furnished, private accommodation and access to a large, elegant lounge. Breakfast is served on the large wrap-around veranda or in the dining room.Guest can choose from one of three private suites all with en-suite bathrooms and free wi-fi access. All rooms have flat screen TV's. Comfortable seating and desks are provided in all rooms. Fans and electric blankets are provided to cater for the different seasons. Luxury linen and toiletries are provided in all rooms as well as tea/coffee making facilities. There is a pool on the premises and safe, off-street parking. Easy access to the M13 highway and to nearby restaurants and shops. Southey House is ideally situated for easy access to schools (Highbury, St Mary's, Thomas More, Kearsney, Kloof, Hillcrest) in the Upper Highway area.

Neighborhood info

Kloof offer close proximately to some of KZN's best beaches, golf course and private game reserves. It has an excellent climate and a number of excellent restaurants, many of which are within 3 km's of Southey House.
