Company info

My name is Suzette van den Berg. I do endurance horse riding as a sport. When you visit, you will most likely see me and my friend practice our horses. I am also a cat breeder. I breed the American Shorthair and I am currently the only Lykoi or wolf cat, breeder in South Africa.

Property info

Our lodge is on a small farm just outside Kimberley. It is for those that prefer the quietness of the country side and having a braai for a day or two. At night you can hear the jackals and you can see hare jumping around. In the distance you will hear sheep and cattle, as we are surrounded by farms. Our stables are next to the lodge, so you will see and hear the horses as well. For those that want to unwind you can book our wood-fire hottub. While relaxing in our hottub, you will be spoiled with our breathtaking sunsets and surroundings the kids also love it as a splash pool during those hot summer days.

Neighborhood info

Because we are on the country side, we have farms around us, except for the townhouse complex next to our lodge. You get the feeling of being out on the country side, but not quite isolated. It is the Northern Cape, so it can get very dry, but when it rains, the most beautiful landscape unfolds.
