Summer Lodge Villa 2 - This two bedroom self catering villa is one of 6 villas in a tranquil tropical paradise in Uvongo. Uvongo is a lovely little seaside resort village on the Hibiscus Coast. This one accommodates 4 people. Just perfect for the holiday maker that is seeking tranquility and quality time with their family and to experience the best that the South Coast has to offer. The patio overlooks the pool area. The property is well fenced with easy access through the lush gardens to the main Uvongo Beach via stairs leading down. There is a communal undercover area with a charcoal braai for you to use. Open plan lounge and dining room that opens up onto a patio that is overlooking the swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Main bedroom has a queen size bed and also opens up onto the patio. There is air-con. The en-suite has a bath as well as a shower. Second bedroom has two single beds also with a bathroom en-suite. There is an open view decoder, however guests are welcome to bring along their own DSTV Decoder to connect to the DSTV. No smoking allowed in the apartment. Please Note: The cleaning fee that you are charged is for the preparation and cleaning of the unit before you arrive and after you leave. Maximum 4 adults and strictly no parties allowed.

Uvongo, a bustling seaside holiday town, is known for its beautiful beach with a lagoon that stretches back to a waterfall. The lagoon and beach are protected by cliffs and dense indigenous trees and foliage which must make Uvongo beach one of the most beautiful in the world. Paddle boats and also canoes are for hire on the lagoon. Curios are available to buy or admire from the local craft market on the beach. The beach is well sheltered and has lifeguards as well as shark nets. Therefore making it an excellent swimming and surfing beach. The Pavilion Restaurant overlooking Uvongo Beach, apart from lovely views, also has great food. The setting overlooking the beach, the rocks, and out to sea is magnificent. Other attractions include numerous rock pools that stretch from Uvongo beach to Lucien beach and the fishing pier on the edge of the beach. Lillie Crona Avenue is a 2.5km stretch of road along the rocks between these two beaches which is abuzz with walkers, joggers, and cyclists every morning and evening. Manaba Beach is the seaside village on the Hibiscus Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. St Michaels on Sea is a small village centered around a fantastic little beach, lagoon, and a small navigable river. This beach is packed with every kind of holiday activity, an absolute must for those wanting a break from it all.  Nearby Shelly Beach has two shopping malls, many restaurants, and movies. Shelly Beach also offers deep-sea fishing trips, dolphin and whale watching trips, scuba diving, and also shark cage diving.  Day trips are the order of the day with the Wild Coast Sun, Oribi Gorge, with its hair-raising swinging bridge within easy traveling distance.The crocodile farm and the renowned San Lameer golf course is also an easy trip away and the Mac Banana-filled pancakes are to die for!
