A brand new sunny beach house with spacious, flowing interiors and light, open rooms for you to rest and relax. Nestled beside the Irma Booysen Nature Reserve and a 4 minute walk to the beach, this home gives you the best of both worlds; privacy, peace & quiet, with restaurants and the beautiful coastline down the road. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms will keep you cool during the summer months and a generous indoor fireplace will keep you cosy in winter. This house is perfect for a group of friends or a family getaway as it boasts a contemporary, outdoor braai area as well as a private, fully-enclosed garden. A modern kitchen with all the essentials will keep you well-fed. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after a morning surf and the house is always bathed in sunlight. The house has other wonderful features such as a double garage, en-suite bathrooms on all the bedrooms as well as a fun pajama lounge for boardgames on rainy days.
Cape St Francis is a very special place. I grew up here, surfing, snorkeling and collecting shells. I got engaged and married here and my children now play in the same rock pools I fished in as a child. I would like to share this wonderful paradise with others.
The central positioning of this sunny spot means you are in 60m from the Nature Reserve for viewpoints, safe hiking, mountain biking and trail running. Walk 400m down the hill in the other direction and you find yourself on a 4km white sand beach -probably the best in the Eastern Cape. Less than a 4 minute walk away you'll find the charming local restaurants, coffee shop and a little convenience store for the essentials. 1km down the main road you will find surfers beach, a stunning break highly sought after by surf nuts. 2km from the house you'll find the Wild side-aptly named but pristine and unspoilt-perfect for fishing, snorkeling and hiking. There is ample parking throughout Cape St Francis and St Francis Bay. Note: there is no public transport, so a vehicle to get around is essential.
