Situated where the golf game begins and ends, in the island part of the estate and a few steps to amenities. It's ideal for families, groups, or golf lovers seeking a relaxing getaway in a serene river setting. The estate features a restaurant, play and picnic areas and for sport enthusiasts a padel/tennis/squash courts, gym, fishing, golf and access to water activities. The quaint town and activities are within 5 - 10km radius. The spacious house features 5 ensuite bedrooms, kitchen, scullery, multiple living areas, boma and braai, double garage and carport.
