The Loft is a well-appointed apartment, located above the main house. It features amazing views over the sugar cane to the Ongoye hills, which are particularly spectacular at sunset. It is in the conservancy village of Mtunzini, a birding oasis and a perfect stopover on your way to the Big 5 game parks. Spend a morning lazing by the pool, followed by a sunset braai. The Loft has everything you'll need for a wonderful break! Located within the Umlalazi Nature Reserve (1,5km from the apartment), the pristine beach and lagoon are perfect for bird watching, hiking, cycling, kayaking, fishing or a restful picnic. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized fridge, stove, air fryer and microwave. The airconditioned open-plan living area has the most wonderful views, a dedicated work space and a TV with streaming access. The couch can be opened into a double bed, suitable for up to 2 young children. A baby bath is available upon request. You'll find fresh, crisp percale linen on the king-sized bed, ensuring a wonderful night's rest. This can be converted into two singles with prior notice. Parking is beneath a carport, directly below the unit.

We live in a quiet residential neighbourhood with views of the cane fields and Ngoye Hills. There are many restaurants to choose from, catering to all tastes and preferences. Regular musical performances and screenings of live sporting events will keep you entertained. A great coffee shop, Spar and Kingfisher Centre (with a pharmacy, hairdresser, beauty salon, gift shop, cycle shop and take-aways) are 100m down the road. The Country Club, with golf, tennis and squash, is 1km away. Both the beach and lagoon are located within the Umlalazi Nature Reserve, ensuring that they remain pristine and peaceful throughout the year. These are about 1,5km from the unit. Mtunzini is the ideal place to come and relax, far from the hustle and bustle of city life.
