Set in a quiet neighborhood once the hustle and bustle of the work day ends. Just relax and enjoy what the property has to offer. The property has two spacious rooms, a well equipped kitchen, a separate study area, two bathrooms and a lounge area to relax in. Enjoy a braai or just sit around a cosy fire at the fire pit. The property is approximately 1.3 kilometers from Newton Park Swimming pool and close to various shopping facilities and restaurants. Kragga Kamma Game Reserve is 12 kilometers away. Access to the main highway is 2 kilometers away for quick access to Addo Elephant park and other game reserves within a 50 to 100 kilometer radius.
I love the outdoors, mountain biking, travel and a good wine.
After 6pm the neighborhood quiets down. Very centrally located and close to the main routes connecting PE to the Eastern Cape magic.
