The Shores is unique because it is an exclusive complex with only 16 units and it is situated very close to Southbroom Beach. Units 8 and 10 are both 4-star graded by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa and our guests love the bali decor which makes our units cozy with a homely feel to it. In each room and in the lounge, you have the option of using either the air con or ceiling fans and the dishwasher is a life-saver! Also unique to our units, is the private dry yard in each unit where washing or wet towels can be hung out of sight...
The Shores, units 8 and 10 are like our babies - we do not live in the area ourselves, but we love going there as a family to improve our units every time we go down. Some people take all their old junk or mismatched utensils to their holiday homes, but not us - we like to keep our units in tip top condition and rather replace regularly. We enjoy fishing, braaiing and walking on the beach. Our son loves to fly his kite there too.
The complex is situated in a lovely, lush, quiet area, but is not far from the action, if that is what you feel like now and then... There are so many good restaurants close by and so many great activities to experience...like zip lining, water parks, quad riding etc... The famous Waffle House, Beaver Creak coffee Estate and La Capanina Italian Restaurant are some of our favourite hangouts!
