NO LOAD SHEDDING! WE HAVE SOLAR! WALKING DISTANCE TO GREY HIGH SCHOOL. VERY CLOSE TO ALL MAJOR HOSPITALS. THERE ARE 2 DOGS (FRIENDLY LABRADORS) ON THE PROPERTY. **PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS SHOULD YOU BE AFRAID OF DOGS.** WIFI: I will let you have the password as soon as you arrive. DSTV: Your room includes DSTV. If you need any assistance please don't hesitate to ask. PARKING: Please feel free to park inside by using the gates. You have remote access to this gate on your keys. Please make use of the braai facilities at your leisure, the braai area is stocked with wood and firelighters. There are a few lovely restaurants in the area, if you are wanting to eat out. I recommend heading down to Stanley Street which has a variety of restaurants, Old Grey and Arkenstone (great pizza!) If you need any advice on where to eat, I am happy to help. CHECK OUT: Check out is at 10.30 am on day of departure, however later departures can be arranged. There is no meal option with this room, however a small continental breakfast is provided in your room.

Situated in the delightful suburb of Mount Croix is the lovingly restored Urban Manor guest house where modern mixes graciously with the charm of yesteryear. It is the ideal stop over for business people. Urban Manor is close to upmarket shopping centers as well as the PE golf course. Grey (500m)and Collegiate schools (1.5km)and the Newton Park Pool (1.5km) thus making our location ideal for parents attending their children’s sports events. Stanley St with its many trendy restaurants is less than 5 min drive. St Georges and Greenacres hospitals are close. For the foodies, Stanley St with its many trendy restaurants is less than a 5 min drive. We are also about an 8 minute drive to the beach front.
