This 2bedroom,1 bathroom unit is located in a boomed off community with security at all entry points into the community, it is in an extremely quite and safe complex right near the entrance to the complex,which makes it easy to locate.The property is close to all amenities, malls, public transport, schools. It is also close to the high way, should one need to travel and visit pretoria. The property is about 10 minutes away from four ways,5 min away from cresta and 5 minutes from clear water mall.There are many restaurants and eateries close by for your convenience.There is a restaurant close to the complex, where our guests can grab a quick bit. The restuatant is located right nexr to our property, outside the complex. It is called the sundowner. We also have 24hr security patrol for yoyr safety.The security patrols in and out side the Complex every 30Minutes The unit is strictly self catering property.We donot provide any meals. We provide cleaning services for our guest who stay at our property for 5 days or more. Our cleaning staff is avaialble for one day after each thre night syay interval, when the unit will be cleaning the bedding changed. Should the guest require extra cleaning after this, this will be provided at the guest's expense.
