The completion of Utopia Guest House flats in 2021 ushers in a new era of quality accommodation in Alberante, Alberton. Utopia is newly built and Guests can enjoy the comforts of a home away from home. All 3 of our guest flats are self catering and have a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Utopia offers hospitality, warmth and tranquility for both leisure and business travellers. We can only hope with the qualities we have instilled; will bring guests like yourself back for another great experience... • We have a philosophy of generating loyalty by providing excellence in our service • The Guest House is owned and run by Myself, Candice Phillips. I am available to make sure your stay goes as smoothly and relaxing as possible with whatever I can assist with. • Secure Parking for All Guests on property • Alarm System and beams linked to a rapid security Company throughout property for safety. We are situated in a well enclosed boomed off area Most shops and Laundromats are in close proximity to the Guest House. Running, Walking or riding bikes in the enclosed area is safe and fun. Reading Golf Course is also in the enclosed boomed off area for walks, Golf and meals in the club house.

I am very Friendly and accommodating host. I will make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I love Arts and Crafts and I take pride in my Home as well as my Guest House. Little touches will make your stay warm and comfortable. WE HAVE BEEN RATED 4 STARS FROM THE TGSA AS WELL AS BEST REVIEWED FROM THIS PLATFORM AND OTHER BOOKING PLATFORMS. I stand proud knowing that I have had hundreds of return guests each year.

We have some great restaurants available very close to our guest house. Reading Golf Course for functions and golf etc. Peaceful, safe boomed off area with quiet streets to go walking, jogging or even riding bikes. Its a safe Boomed off area with Security cars patrolling at all hours of the day and night,
