All members of the family are actively involved in the business. Hannes and Susan are the owners and enjoy having personal contact with their guests. Hannes tends the financial and administration department and Susan manages Excellent Services. Their eldest, Lindie, does the graphic design for marketing materials. Schalk, designed the logo and acts as general graphic consultant and technical advisor. Their youngest, Adéle, spent countless hours adding content to the website, and having been actively involved in the reservation and administration of the business, she has a sound knowledge of the general activities of the business and also assist with legal advice.
