United KingdomAlthough it's an IBIS, it's very individual and feels like an independent hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Dog-friendly. Clean comfortable rooms. Restaurant with local specialities - recommend booking esp on a Sunday when other hotel restaurants are closed.

We had a great stay at the Ibis hotel. If you only need a space to stay over, this is a perfect option. We literally only slept there and rather enjoyed the city. The rooms are very small, but perfect for what we needed. If you intend to spend time in your room, I'd recommend booking a bit more spacious room. It was very clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast the morning, also a nice continental option. Convenient to have luggage storage available. Highly recommended!
