United StatesThe staff was very friendly even when we checked in after midnight. The breakfast was consistently excellent. We had dinner at the hotel which worked out fine. The dining area did not close and the staff was so accommodating.

United KingdomI have been to this place last year but the recent refurbishment has been amazing and the rooms are looking very fresh and immaculate. Usually it's a very secured place.The place is more secure with the newly installed gates. Compared to my last visit, this was an amazing experience, The hotel is now completely different. Even staffs were super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend.

The post code was not taking it to right location.poor signage just hotel not ibis hotel.

I love the IBIS styles as a chain and this one did not disappoint and lived up to the standards I am used to with ibis. Staff were brilliant and couldn't help enough. Just a really pleasant stay as usual
