Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and nice location near Saldanha station & nice lunch spots. Neighborhood felt safe at any time of day. I had heard of Ibis hotels for a while but had never stayed in one during my pasts trips. Would definitely come back!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated close to everything. You can easily walk to restaurants, shops, tourist attractions, and the metro station, and it’s only a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. The room was immaculate—spotlessly clean throughout my 3-day stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable with space to organize all your clothes. The bathroom was equally impressive—modern, spacious, and stocked with everything I needed, including a hairdryer, which was a nice touch. I can’t wait to stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon.
