The Puspa Villa is a little peice of heaven well off the main road in Batuan. Artfully crafted, it surpassed all of my expectations. My hosts were extraordinary and went out of their way to be respectful of my needs and very helpful. What a unique, beautiful, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. A genuinely great place to stay for a while. The location is a strong advantage, right in the middle of the peninsula, so getting to different beaches is quick and easy. Having Pepito Market nearby is a major plus, especially for longer stays. The rooms are consistently very clean. If you’re choosing between floors, there’s a noticeable difference: downstairs rooms are more spacious, while upstairs rooms feel brighter with higher ceilings. I stayed in both and it really comes down to what you value more, space or light. Despite being centrally located, the property feels tucked away and quiet, not exposed to main road noise. The shared kitchen is another highlight, well-kept and actually practical if you want to cook instead of eating out constantly. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with, which makes a difference over time. One detail worth calling out: the bathrooms and showers are spotless and well-sized, which isn’t always a given, and it shows the place is well maintained. If you’re looking for a clean, central, low-stress base in this area, this is a solid choice.
