Good value for the price. Big rooms with all the basic amenities. Lobby bar with a pool table was a plus for me.

People here are exceptionally kind and patient. The room is pristine, offers good sound insulation, and is equipped with a refrigerator—absolutely fantastic!

So many things to compliment! Photos on website are not deceiving as most are. Newly remodeled, everything is as brand new! Very clean and inviting. Fresh colors of exterior and interior. Divided bedroom and vanity/bath areas with lots of space for luggage and personal items. Bed linens and towels are of high quality and are new. Superior toiletries provided along with robes and slippers. Breakfast was excellent. American and Thai options available fresh and prepared properly. Pool area is very clean and relaxing. And, if it can’t get any better, the staff are so friendly and cater to your every need! Mr. Kittisak koykit ( General Manager) was probably the best hotel manager we’ve ever met! Pare, our waitress, was so friendly, polite and professional. All of the staff including front desk and room attendants were awesome! This boutique hotel is located just a block or so away from beach, shopping and restaurants. Several blocks from the Bangla party area.

Best location and great place

Had a very pleasant stay at Paradise Inn Phuket. The staff was warm, attentive, and consistently helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and the hotel comes highly recommended.

The staff and the location was great

I can't recommend this place enough. The owner understands hospitality and is always available if anything is needed. That means every detail is covered. Little things some places forget like a full length mirror and black out curtains that actually work. The location is near everything - stores, 7-11, restaurants, and the beach. There are street vendors always out front plus a restaurant downstairs. Super clean. High quality cotton sheets and comfortable bed. AC works great. There's always hot water. Extra large room and ample places to put your things, which is appreciated if you're staying 4 weeks like me. Good sound insulation between rooms. Lovely staff. Will absolutely stay here again next time.

Pay for the view, you won’t regret it. 3rd and 4th floor’s are the best. Room is clean and decently modern. Can’t beat it for the price.

Neat and clean rooms with some good views outside

Great stay in Phuket. Everything was good, and I really enjoyed my time there. I even wanted to extend my stay, but it was already fully booked. The location is perfect — right next to the action on Patong Beach, yet very quiet on a side street.

Quiet location good road great hosts

Staffs were nice. Rooms were big enough and had all the amenities that we needed. Even a balcony where we can dry our clothes. Swimming pool was the perfect extra touch.

The location was only a few steps away from the beach, stores, market, mini marts, shopping etc.

The room was immaculate. The bed was actually comfortable! It was quiet. Air conditioner worked great. Good water pressure in the shower. The staff were super kind and helpful. They made us feel like family! Location is close to the beach. They have beach towels for guests to use. The restaurant that is on the ground floor of the hotel is very good. You get breakfast included with your stay and it is delicious and you get a choice of what to order from the menu. Would definitely go back again.
