The owners were very friendly and the location in the village of Filisur is very good. Liked the ability to open the window and look out onto the street. The free transport pass enabled me to take the bus to Davos and back. Breakfast was excellent - including the very fine coffee. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant one night - very tasty food and I recommend the home made tomato soup.

Super friendly staff and helpful, all spoke German and some of them spoke English. Had a Delicious Pizza for dinner with a drink in the restaurant, which is quite elegant.
If you are coming from the centre of Switzerland during the winter, make sure to bring snow chains or drive a 4x4, because this hotel is over the Berninapass. Or take the train, that stops right next to the hotel.

Very good breakfast and dinner. Nice room. The hotel has a homily feeling. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is in a good location with easy access to public transport. The hotel provided us with a pass to allow free use of public transport in the Muestair valley. Ski piste and loipe are easily reachable and many long walks can be made straight from the hotel front door.

Warm and welcoming family-owned boutique hotel. Breakfast was pure and simple yet super fresh and tasty. Dinner in the hotel was exceptionally good. Chiavenna is a lovely town with loads of outdoor exploration possibilities in the area.
