The hotel location is very convenient to connect with city and main roads. The room was very quiet, very comfortable, very neat a really wow 🤩 . Service and staff was excellent, extremely friendly and polite. The breakfast was delicious and well served.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. But the staff was the highlight. We had a couple of issues unrelated to the hotel and they actively helped resolve the issues.

Easy to find. The hotel is made as a medieval castle. The family room is spaceous. There are restaurant and playground for kids in hotel's garden. It was clean in the room. The menu choise is very limited. Only several basic dishes.

The location is great—close to the city center, pedestrian area, and cafés, so everything is easily accessible. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
