The hotel was new and clean. The room was cozy, clean with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The heated indoor pool and sauna were perfect too. The owner heped us with some nice restaurant locations. We had great food there. Also the location was minutes walking from the castle and the Bazaar. The view was perfect. The staff was very polite and helpful. Overall a really nice stay and would definitely recommend and come back. Nice wintery getaway.

This was a very special place to stay in Gjirokaster. For me, it was a challenge to get to, because I am completely new to Albania and a senior travelling alone. My taxi driver got me there with little difficulty, using the keeper's helpful videos. All three of the men were so welcoming, helpful and attentive, making sure I was comfortable. The room was excellent - very clean with a breathtaking view, great bathroom, shower, hot water. Bedding and linens, toiletries and coffee/tea were all top notch. I would love to stay again sometime. Highly recommended!*

If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the busier tourist towns like Saranda and Ksamil, Dreamy House is the perfect place. Just a 20-minute drive from Saranda, this beautiful retreat offers the ideal mix of comfort, nature, and authentic Albanian charm. We originally planned to use it as a base to explore the nearby beaches (many within 30 minutes’ drive), but we ended up a lot of our time at the house itself—and for good reason. The surrounding atmosphere is incredibly serene, with stunning mountain views and a feeling of total calm that’s hard to find in the more crowded coastal spots. One of the highlights was the pool, which is fed with fresh natural water from the Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër). It’s refreshing, crystal-clear, and adds to the overall magic of the place. The property also has an orchard filled with homegrown vegetables and fruit, which made our meals even more special. The house itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. Whether you're cooking a simple meal, lounging on the terrace, or just enjoying the silence and views, it really feels like a home away from home. In short: peaceful setting, close to nature, yet convenient to Saranda and Ksamil. We loved every minute and honestly didn’t want to leave. Best place ever.

The view was breathtaking like a birds nest, and the hosts were always hospitable and trying to comfort us in any way possible. As an added treat, we found a hiking path across the property which lead us to one of the best beaches we've been to along the Riviera, Bunac beach.
