Great location, close to the main beaches. Johny was great helping us to navigate around and sending us to the best places.

Limni resort is an oasis in the heart of Ksmail. A few minutes walk to the shops,restaurants and beaches it could be an hour away in the mountains. Peter and his family were exceptional hosts. We felt like we were in a relaxed little cocoon. The goats kept everyone entertained with their antics. We had a lovely two bedroom with a spacious balcony . The breakfasts were different every morning of our stay and we had 8 of them! Also had dinner here which was very very good. The pool is lovely and always room for sunbeds. Highly recommend for a small family run excellent hotel experience.

My Fiancé and I stayed at Joelle Hotel for 8 nights and I was so sad to leave! Hotel staff are very welcoming, friendly, and property overall is extremely clean! Breakfast was delicious and dinner was outstanding! Atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing & overall beautiful! The Deluxe King Room with Sea View (5th Floor) was absolutely gorgeous! The private beach access, lounge bar and canopy beds was the cherry on top! If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT! Whether your stay is for business or to simply relax and enjoy beautiful Sarande, Joelle Hotel is the place to be. All I can say is, Albania will forever have my heart. It was an incredible experience; you will feel right at home. They were incredibly helpful in every way. The hotel was very clean and located very close to the beaches. The breakfasts were our absolute favorite. When we come back to Ksamil, we will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it, especially for families with children, and it's an absolute must for anyone who values cleanliness and a great Turkish breakfast!

The place is simple, clean, and has everything you need—including a wonderfully comfortable bed. At night, it’s incredibly quiet, so you can truly rest and sleep well. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. It’s easy to find, and there’s convenient parking right in front of the house, which makes everything even easier. There’s a shared kitchen if you’d like to prepare meals. It is fully equipped and has a great coffee machine. But what truly makes this place special is the warmth and kindness of the hosts. I felt more like a guest in a family home than a traveler—they genuinely care and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It’s a rare kind of hospitality that stays with you. Excellent value for money, and I’ll absolutely be back.

Had a wonderful vacation thanks to the most friendly people. Nice location in between the lake and the beach. Clean and well maintained pool. Would visit again and highly recommend this place.

Amazing stay at Noa boutique hotel :) so close to the beach, the rooms were super comfortable and cleaned everyday, I will not forget that shower, it was incredible and so was the nap on the first day. Breakfast was great, staff was caring and playful! Really cant recommend enough!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The person who welcomed us was absolutely wonderful – warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The rest of the staff were also incredibly professional and kind. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations – we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place with the loveliest owners, they are happy to help and meet all your needs. Everything was spotless and there was daily cleaning, props to the cleaning lady as she did a great job! Breakfast was wonderful, with plentiful options which you eat on the terrace at the top floor with a great view of Ksamil.
