The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were especially pleased with the room upgrade. We absolutely loved our room – it was very clean and spacious. The complimentary treats were also excellent. If I visit Buenos Aires again, I would definitely choose to stay here again and again.

An exceptional experience. Arrived early and the staff were very accomodating while waiting for the room to be ready. The room is well appointed and layed out, with a real suite feel. After flying for 15 hours, the shower was perfect; it was both hot and had great pressure. Breakfast has many options, and travelling as primarily Vegan, the staff made extra effort to ensure there were milk alternatives. The spa and gym are great. While I didn't book a treatment, I loved having the steam, sauna, showers, and heated/jetted jacuzzi pool. I did make sure of both the cafe for doing work in the morning and did use the listening station. And then you've got lovely parts of Buenos Aires out the front steps. One of the best hotel experiences I've had in awhile.

Brand new, good furniture, mattress, super clean towels. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. It s in city center , just behind the National Congress and within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. It s just by the side of Empire Theater and we had the chance to watch a play! They have a nice spa in the last floor and it was nice to relax.

The breakfast was excellent and varied in nice surroundings. The hotel was very clean, good value and situated in a very nice neighbourhood.

The staff were absolutely excellent. Helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Special mention to Rudolpho and Franco for all their recommendations. Location is perfect for exploring Buenos Aires.

Beautiful and comfortable room, with a nice balcony and everything we need as a family.

We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of our stay in Argentina. They held our bags for us for over a week while we traveled around the country. The front desk staff are great, one gentleman checked us in super quickly when our flight arrived late at night. I wasn't feeling so great so it was fantastic to have the express check-in, thank you!

Practical no-contact checkin. Great location in Palermo Soho. Quiet environment, clean and cozy room with a little desk and basic elements to drink a coffee if you leave early. Pool area seemed nice too.

Hotel is located close to many points of interest: Cafe Tortorni, Colon Theater, Presidential palace to name a few Good restaurants in the area Hotel is very comfortable, clean Good breakfast selection Wonderful staff, we had a chance to be helped by Jara, Ivan, Ignacio they very helpful, accommodating, always looking to help

The property name "Gorgeous" is exactly how it should be called. We liked everything, and only regret that we could not stay longer due to our trip tight schedule
