The place felt exactly as shown in the photos...cozy, spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Simona, who stayed in touch with us throughout, was incredibly responsive and welcoming both before our arrival and during our stay. It’s worth noting that the apartment does not have a TV (as indicated in the listing), which makes it a perfect spot to truly disconnect. That said, there is a small Bluetooth speaker available if you’d like to set the mood with some music. The reception staff were also wonderful, Kristina, in particular, gave us a warm welcome and took the time to walk us through the hotel amenities. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

Best location, so close to the gondola

The view was awesome. And the design of the apartment is amazing.

Excellent location, in close proximity to the ski slopes. The food was outstanding, the facility was well-heated and exceptionally clean, with convenient parking available directly in front of the hotel.

The location is perfect if you’re planning to ski. Free parking and ski equipment storage are a big plus. The best thing about this hotel is how convenient it is for families with kids. The game room kept our children entertained, and the on-site restaurant was great for nights when we didn’t feel like going out. You can choose rooms with or without a kitchen, and our room was very spacious. We would definitely come back!

4 adults and 1 kid <1 year old in apartment for 4 people. Requested crib was already at the apartment when we got there. Perfectly clean apartment, kindest staff from both hotel and restaurant. The spa and sauna were also spotlessly clean. If it was possible I would give a bigger grade. Great experience and value for money. I would definitely book again!!

This stay was everything i could have asked for and more. The host, Milica, was exceptional, she was quick to respond to any of our needs. The location was phenomenal, great ski in ski out experience. The views from the room were beautiful and it was very clean and warm, no problems. The breakfast was delicious, me and my friends were well fed, rested, and ready to hit the slopes all day.

Honestly, I didn’t even know where to start, but this place truly deserves it. The hosts are worthy of all praise ,extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. You can feel the warmth and hospitality from the very beginning. The location is excellent, at least for my taste,peaceful, pleasant, and perfect for relaxing. The wooden house has a special charm and gives off a great cozy, mountain vibe. Everything was super clean, tidy, and well maintained, with no complaints at all. The only thing I regret is that there was no snow, but who knows,maybe that’s exactly why we’ll come back again, this time to enjoy a real winter atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything was amazing - from the host's communication, to the easy check in at reception. The room was superb and had everything we needed. It's also very conveniently located at the start of the first floor, so it's very quick to go down to the bar or restaurant.
