Really impressed! I can hardly recommend this hotel to every person that want to visit Veliko Tarnovo. Lovely view from the balcony . Also one of the best spa so far in Bulgaria. The location is great just in the old part of town.The house has great potential and style but needs more care to be clean etc.The balcony as well.Hot water for shower. I liked the owner called me to explain we are late and had to check in at 21pm so she waited for us,thanks.Online I had the impression it is 23 pm
