From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were truly impressed by the grand atmosphere and exceptional service at this hotel. The welcome experience was seamless and warm, and we immediately felt well taken care of. A dedicated manager was assigned to look after us throughout our stay, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Meria Pan. She went above and beyond—helping us secure restaurant reservations, recommending places to explore in Chengdu, and providing thoughtful guidance. Even after we had left Chengdu for Chongqing, she continued to assist us, which was genuinely outstanding. The hotel room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. We were allocated a room on the 40th floor with wonderful city views—especially stunning at night. The room amenities were excellent, from the quality of the bed and linens to the luxurious bathroom and thoughtful room setup. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and street food options right around the property, as well as convenience stores and mini marts just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The concierge team was equally impressive. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage for several days while we travelled to Chongqing, which made our trip much more convenient. Their professionalism and willingness to assist added to the overall positive experience. We also visited the sky bar during our stay and enjoyed the cakes and drinks while overlooking the city skyline. The ambiance was fantastic, and the desserts were delicious—definitely worth trying. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional service, luxurious comfort, and a prime location. The staff, especially Ms. Meria Pan, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu.

Beautiful little oasis Good location.

The hotel is not in the busy area of tourist, it is in a quiet old part of the city. I love the design of this boutique hotel. Well thought of. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. For breakfast there is a small buffet area and they have a set of breakfast ala cart, cook hot and fresh for you. There is a grocery within 10 steps from the hotel.

Very friendly staff, great location, fantastic gym.

The room is very spacious and spotlessly clean. There are two bedrooms, a large living room with a beautiful view, and a big bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is also large. It’s really great value for money and very convenient to travel around.
