hotel is verry nice. we booked sea view and i really enjoyed my time at the balcony. room was big and with very nice design.all equipment was good and every day cleaning service updated all staff for room. cleaning service was very good and everyday. I want to say that I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel

We love the activities! It’s a super kids friendly hotel. We travelled all around Asia with our child (currently 3.5 yr old), this is the first time we stayed 4 days in the hotel without traveling outside. It’s perfect for 2-6 yr old with animals, pools, shows and staff led activities. All staffs are friendly. A special thanks to Yash who helped us with stroller and luggage. The room was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. The host were phenomenal, kind, respectful, and just overall wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and lovely on the terrace. It was such a nice place to spend a few nights.

I stayed at this place with my elderly parents. Everything was great. Staff are very friendly and nice. They come twice weekly to clean the apartment. Sea view was wonderful and short walking distance to the beach. Definitely come again next time.

The location and the view are both very good. Also, the facilities are super helpful. The unit is well-cleaned. It is a really good deal.I would recommend it to family and friends.

Spacious room, very comfortable bedding, Breakfast was great, the spread was one of the better ones I've had. The noodle station was good, but the pastry was simply amazing. We loved the Spa, the massage was really good and ambience was nice. The wet/dry sauna was also great. Staffs were polite and nice. Living room is very nice touch, and the coffee is quite good.

The hotel is very nice: a huge beautiful territory, fantastic breakfast, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. For those who are visiting Haitang Bay for the first time, swimming in the sea here is not possible: very strong wind, dangerous currents… The sea is more for admiring and wetting your feet) We lived in a large room with a swimming pool, the room is really big and comfortable. We stayed in January, and it was cool to swim in the room's pool. Therefore, the daughters only swam in it on a large inflatable flamingo, jumping into the water only once, but my husband swam a couple of times. The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, the architects did a great job; very cool landscaping and height difference work. the details of the hotel : There are 3 swimming pools on the territory - adult, stylized as a natural bath;), the warmest and it was the one that most of the guests swam); children's with slides - my daughter did not get out of it, there is a foam party every day at 5 pm. Delight); and the pool overlooking the sea - very beautiful, but very cold) and it was empty))) the pools have a lot of equipment such as a huge variety of inflatable circles etc. Children's entertainment: in addition to the slides mentioned above in the pool, there is a detached building (camp) with a children's room for games and creativity, a room with slides and a dry pool, and a children's kitchen. Classes are held there almost every hour every day according to the schedule, including cooking class. And this is not only for toddlers, but also for young teenagers there is a special program. Moreover, a playground is right next to the building. Special thanks to the Chinese girl who knows Russian quite well, Daria. She was in touch with us on WeChat the entire time we stayed at the hotel and helped us when needed.

I had a wonderful stay. I was so comfortable. The service was excellent. My butler always answered me quickly on WeChat. I loved the free daily yoga and pilates classes. I'll definitely come back in the future.
