Great location if you want to live an immersive experience in the local culture of Medellin. Sabaneta is safe, familial and full of life day and night away from the touristic buzz. tons of “tiendas”, local restaurants and supermarkets at a walking distance. The metro is also at 5 min walking. The apartment is excellent and fully equipped, supper neat and clean with everything renovated and new. The 17th floor gives a sublime view at the surrounding green mountains and hills. That is a 5/5 to the location and the apartment. For the host, I would give 10/5 if possible. Vanessa is not only a passive host you see on day one, but a passionate about what she does, always ready to respond, help and advise about the city, the food, the shopping or anything you may need if this is your first visit, or not. When I visit Medellin again, this is where I would stay.

I liked the location; it's very close to the Mayorca shopping center and very accessible. The pool is right in front of the apartment, and the children were able to enjoy the gym and park (you have to buy swim caps to enter the pool, and it has specific hours of use, plus there are quite a few rules for its use). If it weren't for those things and because I had to deposit the money into the gentleman's account in COP (since they don't charge the card) and I knew that if I left they wouldn't give me my money back...

All! Especially the staff Front Desk: Paola and Pol and Christian went above and beyond to take care of the tinniest details. Isa, Estephania and Maurylyn were there daily at the in house restaurant that served a wide variety of tasty, super healthy and bargain price meals. The rooftop terrace with pool, full gym, bbq and game room were so convenient! And all for a bargain price.
