The incredible view ("la cima"), the great service, the spectacular room we were in ("cabaña de lux"), the beautifully kept grounds (coffee plantation, flowers, lighting) and the extremely (!) friendly and helpful staff. The new restaurant is also top notch - cuisine and service.
