Beautiful tropical hotel with excellent amenities. Variety of interesting guests, which interact like a community. Swimming is easy and without any risk….plenty of palapas to find shade and comfortable lounge chairs. Fantastic breakfast.

As a budget traveler I find Ritz the most affordable, close to Punda and Otrananda (the bus terminals) from here you can take the bus to go to at least 5, 6 public beaches. The room was super clean, the bedsheets are all white, towels as well, cleaned professionally. The bathrooms and kitchens are a bit old, but cleaned daily (just people leave trash and don't clean after themselves). The staff is very friendly and attentive. The bar, restaurant and pool are amazing! You get a welcome drink at the check in. I loved everything about this place, I don't understand why it has such a low score on booking. I repeat, the room was clean, with 2 beds, perfect to rest ( this was the most important to me). Also they have a mini market ( pricey but just in case you need something quick). And I think they can prepare a small breakfast there as well. Overall satisfied, great value!!

The staff was amazing. We were having a little issue with our room. Shanice, who works at the front desk, went above and beyond to correct the problem. Latoya, the bartender at the pool bar, and the waitress Ruth were amazing. The young lady who was the chef at the pool bar I could not leave her out. The food she made was amazing. The chef even came to speak with us, which was welcoming.

The room was spacious and neat. I could get a good rest at the beach. The other spaces around the hotel where inviting.

Your location is great, easy access to a lot of great places . Food was great. The compound was clean safe and secure. Most of all your staff was exceptional courteous and always helpful .Sometimes they looked tired with large breakfast and dinner crowds but they kept their heads high and continued serving the guests with no complaints . The owner had staff/family welcomed us to the villa. They showed us around the house. They gave us instruction on how to use the wifi, pool, hot tub, and security gates. It was nice to have someone present for our arrival.
